Consortium Building and Management Training has been conducted!

The second session of our Fundamental Trainings on EU Framework Programmes Application has successfully concluded! In this session, titled “Consortium Building and Management Training,” Ali Türkelli, EU Representative & N-TICE Coordinator at Boğaziçi University, provided valuable insights into the preparation stages, consortium establishment, and management processes for international projects, with a special focus on Horizon Europe applications.
